CANCELLING/FREEZING YOUR MEMBERSHIP

Cancel your membership:

• You must give us 30 days notice before your next direct debit payment to cancel your membership

• Failure to do this can result in your next payment being charged to your account

        • Any OUTSTANDING payments must be made, failure to do so can result in you making these payments if you ever sign back up

        •       If your membership has been cancelled for more than 2 months then you will have to pay the sign-up fee again if you join back

Freeze your membership:

• You are entitled to freeze your membership for one month

• You must give the gym 30 days notice if you would like to freeze your membership

• Once your freeze period ends then payment will resume on your next direct debit payment date
